Roast and Coast

Roast and Coast is a coffee and bike shop based in Boulder, Colorado. As many cyclists drink coffee before bike rides, Roast and Coast is providing a location that cyclists and coffee lovers alike can come together for community, bike services and a good cup of Joe. While creating the branding and website for Roast and Coast, I wanted to find a way to connect a relationship between coffee, cycling and Boulder, Colorado. To do this, I used organic elements that best represented the common connection found in all three of these, from a coffee stain that makes up the wheel in the logo, to the topographic map that cyclists use to plan bike routes that inspired my design for the hero image background and section header images on the website.
